Returns

Returns are not accepted for open boxes.

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return your items by a trackable signed for service. Please email sales@harpersglow.com to initiate a return.

We will provide clear RETURN INSTRUCTIONS to you by email.

Return postage is payable by the customer. 

Within the 7 day return period of receiving the return instructions, you will also need to provide us with the return tracking number. We need to receive the returns tracking number within the 7 day return window.

Refunds are processed once the return has been received. All returns are at your own risk and we do not take any liability for lost returns.
